Kelley '60, Captain USN (Ret.) reads the Medal of Honor citation to the crowd gathered in the Jesuit cemetery at the College of the Holy Cross for a wreath-laying ceremony on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the death of Rev. Joseph T. O'Callahan, S.J. Capt. Kelley received the Congressional Medal of Honor for his actions during the Vietnam War.
