Submission Guidelines for Montserrat Annual Writing Prize
1. The Montserrat Writing Prize competition is open to students currently enrolled in Montserrat
2. Students may only submit one paper.
3. We encourage students to look back at the work that they have written or are currently working on and choose their favorite piece of writing. Entries may be a revision of what they have submitted in their seminar (e.g., they may make changes based on professor’s comments or workshop feedback).
4. Submissions may include critical essays, creative writing, film reviews, scientific reports, and reflections, to name a few.
5. Submissions should be at least 500 words.
6. The submission deadline is in March every year.
