Description
Season 2, Episode 1 - Rev. Tim O'Brien, S.J. '06, Ph.D. Candidate
Since the College's founding, numerous alumni have answered the call to join the Society of Jesus (the Jesuits) and add to its legacy. Their stories, and example, can inspire us all. In winter/spring 2021, the Office of Alumni Relations debuted Season 2 of its web series, "First Fridays With the Fathers," highlighting alumni Jesuits who are living representatives of the Society's traditions and identity.
For the February 2021 edition, we spotlight Rev. Tim O'Brien, S.J. '06, a Ph.D. candidate at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. Fr. O'Brien, a political science major and the class valedictorian, discusses his Holy Cross experience, his Jesuit formation and the ways in which he finds hope in our world today.
