Abstract

Cross Current is published by Midshipmen of the Holy Cross ROTC unit and do not reflect official views of the Unit or the government. Articles in this issue examine the concepts of professionalism and professional competence in the ROTC program; report on the recent announcement by the U.S. Army for plans to relax some military regulations in order to increase enlistments and morale; and solicit contributions to the newsletter.
